The National branch plays a pivotal role in our organizational process. We offer comprehensive consultation on a wide array of matters, ranging from paperwork to event planning, fundraising strategies, partnerships, merchandise, and beyond. Through strategic marketing initiatives and collaborative efforts with other organizations, our team strives to expand the HLS network and bring valuable advantages to our chapter members. Furthermore, we are dedicated to providing financial support to various chapters, achieved through fundraising campaigns and grant acquisition, taken care of by the finance department. We also take the lead in orchestrating and hosting service-oriented events and programs that involve multiple chapters throughout the year. Our recruitment department is deeply engaged with both current and prospective chapters, forging valuable partnerships and collaborations to provide essential resources. Meanwhile, our human resources department efficiently manages the internal affairs of the organization and oversees all aspects of the hiring and interviewing processes for our internship program.
